Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Jagannath Guest House, we strive to provide a serene and comfortable stay. We understand that plans can change, and we have established the following cancellation and refund policy to address such situations.

1. Cancellation by Guest

  • Up to 48 hours before check-in: Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled check-in time will be eligible for a 100% refund (minus standard payment gateway transaction fees).
  • Within 24 to 48 hours of check-in: Cancellations made within this window will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 24 hours or No Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or failure to arrive will result in a 100% cancellation fee. No refund will be issued.

2. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment used during the booking. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your bank's processing times.

3. Modifications to Booking

If you wish to modify your booking dates, please contact our support team at least 48 hours in advance. Modifications are subject to room availability and any applicable fare differences.

4. Cancellation by Jagannath Guest House

In the rare event that we must cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, you will receive a full 100% refund, or we will assist you in finding alternative dates.
